Common use of Qualified Workforce and Sufficient Staff Clause in Contracts

Qualified Workforce and Sufficient Staff. CM/GC shall require all Trade Contractors, Subcontractors, and Trade Suppliers to employ, only skilled workmen properly qualified by experience and ability to perform the task assigned to them. In addition, Trade Contractors and Subcontractors shall employ and assign to the Work, at all times, sufficient staff and personnel to perform their subcontracted services in a skilled, professional, and satisfactory manner so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The CM/GC shall immediately replace or cause to be replaced all Workmen whose Work, as determined by the CM/GC, does not meet such requirements.
