Qualifications for Employment. 15.3.1 At the option of the Employer a newly hired Relief Nurse may be required to attend and satisfactorily complete the Registered Nurse orientation program to qualify to be placed on the Relief Nurse availability list. Orientation requested over that required by the Employer to enable a Relief Nurse to function in a specific area must have the approval of Unit Supervision and Nursing Administration.
