PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT. The Assignment is constituted in order to secure the full and irrevocable satisfaction and discharge of any and all Secured Claims. The Assignor hereby expressly agrees that the Assignment shall also secure any future extension or increase of the Secured Claims and the Secured Claims as extended or increased from time to time.
