PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. Each of the Security Trustee and the Receiver is authorised to give a good discharge for any monies received by it pursuant to the exercise of its power of sale and no purchaser or other person shall be bound to enquire whether the power of sale has arisen as herein provided nor be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale.
PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. (a) No purchaser from, or other person dealing with, the Security Trustee and/or the Receiver shall be concerned to enquire whether any of the powers which they have exercised or purported to exercise has arisen or become exercisable, or whether the Secured Obligations remain outstanding, or whether any event has happened to authorise the Receiver to act or as to the propriety or validity of the exercise or purported exercise of any such power; and the title of such a purchaser and the position of such a person shall not be impeachable by reference to any of those matters.
PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. The Mortgagee is authorised to give a good discharge for any moneys received by it pursuant to the exercise of its power of sale and a purchaser shall not be bound to enquire whether the power of sale has arisen as herein provided nor be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale.
PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. No purchaser need enquire as to whether any default has been made by the Grantor, the regularity or propriety of the sale, the appointment of the Receiver, or the application of the purchase money.

The Xxxxxxx confirms that the Lender is authorized to give a good discharge for any monies received pursuant to the exercise of its power of sale/redemption and a purchaser shall not be bound to enquire whether the power of sale has arisen as herein provided nor be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale.
PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. No purchaser or other person shall be bound or concerned to see or enquire whether the right of the Bank or the Receiver to exercise any of the powers hereby conferred has arisen or not or be concerned with the propriety or regularity of the exercise thereof or be concerned with notice to the contrary or be concerned or responsible for the application of any monies received by the Bank or the Receiver and the receipt of the Bank or the Receiver for any monies paid to it shall be a good and sufficient discharge to the person paying the same.
PURCHASER NOT BOUND TO ENQUIRE. Each of the Chargee and any Receiver and any nominee of the Chargee or any Receiver is authorized to give a good discharge for any moneys received or recovered by it pursuant to the exercise of its power of sale and a purchaser shall not be bound to enquire whether the power of sale has arisen as herein provided nor be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale.

The Offshore Security Agent is authorised to give a good discharge for any moneys received by it pursuant to the exercise of its power of sale and a purchaser shall not be bound to enquire whether the power of sale has arisen as herein provided nor be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale.
