Term of Subscriptions The Initial Subscription of each Subscription is set out on the relevant Order Form and starts on the earlier of: (a) the date a User first accesses the Service; or (b) the start date set out on the relevant Order Form. SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A FURTHER 12-MONTH PERIOD (A RENEWAL) UNLESS EITHER PARTY HAS GIVEN THE OTHER NOT LESS THAN 60 CALENDAR DAYS’ NOTICE PRIOR TO ITS EXPIRY TO CANCEL IT ON EXPIRY. If Renewed before expiry any increase in Fees will be limited to the then rate of the UK Consumer Price Index plus 5% (unless We provide you, either directly or through a Reseller, with notice of a different increase at least 90 days’ prior to the Renewal date). This restriction will not: (a) limit any increase caused by changes in the number or type of Subscriptions; or (b) apply to a Subscription Renewed after its expiry. We do not commit to offering promotional discounts on Renewals. If you look to reduce your Subscriptions, or the length of your Renewal from those during the immediately prior Initial Subscription or Renewal (as applicable), this may result in re-pricing without regard to your current per-Subscription pricing. Notices may be given by Us by email or electronically submitted invoice or notice.
Purchase of Shares For the sum of $25,000 (the “Purchase Price”), which the Company acknowledges receiving in cash, the Company hereby issues the Shares to the Subscriber, and the Subscriber hereby purchases the Shares from the Company, subject to forfeiture, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement. Concurrently with the Subscriber’s execution of this Agreement, the Company shall, at its option, deliver to the Subscriber a certificate registered in the Subscriber’s name representing the shares (the “Original Certificate”), or effect such delivery in book-entry form.
Software Subscription The Term of any Software Subscription shall automatically renew for an additional Subscription License Term unless written notice of termination is given to the other Party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the then-current Term.
Purchase of Retail Power Illinois Power Marketing Company d/b/a Homefield Energy (Homefield Energy) agrees to sell, and you, as a participant in the City of Bloomington Opt-Out Aggregation Program, agree to buy, all your residential power and energy service (Retail Power) at the price and on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Homefield Energy is an independent seller of power and energy service certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC Docket No. 14-0015). Homefield Energy has been selected by City of Bloomington as the supplier for its June 2020-June 2022 Opt-Out Government Aggregation Program. The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement have been the subject of negotiations between Homefield Energy and City of Bloomington. Your Delivery Service Provider (DSP)—Ameren Illinois— retains responsibility for the delivery of electricity to your home. Homefield Energy’s obligations under this Agreement are conditioned upon you providing complete and accurate information to Homefield Energy throughout the Term.

Purchase of Services Customer agrees to purchase the following products and/or services as further defined below in the quantity and for the prices described in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as further listed in the accompanying Order Form prepared and provided by SUDS or DRB (the “Order Form”).
Software Subscription Lifecycle During the life cycle of Red Hat Software, the scope of Software Maintenance and Support evolves and, after a number of years, we discontinue Software Maintenance and Support for older versions of Software. The details of the Software Maintenance and Production Support life cycle are set forth at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/support/policy/update_policies.html. If available, you may purchase Extended Update Support and/or Extended Life Cycle Support, as described in Exhibit 1.G, to extend your Subscription Services for certain versions of Software.
Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.
Subscription Price Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.
Software Subscription Use Case Red Hat Storage Server for On- Premise Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended for use on a dedicated Physical Node; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the Physical Node can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case.
