Public Charges. 24 9.2.1 9.1 Any material complaint from a citizen or parent complaint about a unit member shall be reported within five (5) days 25 to the unit member by the administrator receiving this complaint as soon as practicable, but in no event later than within twenty (20) days of the actual event or Board member receiving when the complainant reasonably shall be expected to have knowledge of the complaint.
