Board of Education Agenda. The Association President shall receive one (1) copy of the official Agenda at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to each regularly scheduled County Board of Education meeting. The Association President shall receive one (1) copy of the approved minutes at the same time they are made available to the County Board of Education members.
Board of Education Agenda. A. The Union shall have reasonable access to a place on the agenda of meetings of the Board of Education, providing that such requests shall be submitted in writing not less than seven school days prior to the date of the meetings. Such notice of the general topic or area will be presented in reasonable substance. In addition, the Union shall be authorized to make a brief announcement at the end of an institute.
Board of Education Agenda. The Association President shall receive in his/her mailbox or e-mail all Board Agendas at such time as the notice of the meeting is posted for the public.
Board of Education Agenda. The Board agrees to furnish to the Association, one copy of the draft agenda and approved minutes of all public meetings no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Board meeting; one copy of the names and addresses of all employees covered by the unit, and public information concerning the district which the Association may request that is necessary to the operation and function of the REA. Nothing contained herein shall impose any obligation upon the Board to disclose any information which may be classified and/or confidential.
Board of Education Agenda. The YCOE shall place on the agenda of each regular Board of Education meeting any matters brought to its consideration by the Association provided that such matters are made known to the Superintendent ten (10) working days prior to said meeting.
Board of Education Agenda. The Association shall receive a full Agenda of all School Board meetings as early as possible. Such Agenda will contain all relevant information relating to terms and conditions of employment of non-instructional personnel and applicants for perspective positions recognized in the recognition clause.
Board of Education Agenda. The Association shall be provided with one (1) advance copy of all Board of Education meeting complete agendas and the right to notification in advance of formal recommendations to the Board affecting unit members’ employment status rights which have not been addressed in this Agreement. All Board of Education meeting agendas will be posted on the District website. The Association will be given as much advanced notice of Special Board Meetings via email as possible.
