Common use of Public Body Insurance Clause in Contracts

Public Body Insurance. If Grantee is a “public body” as defined in ORS 30.260, Grantee agrees to insure any obligations that may arise for Grantee under this Grant, including any indemnity obligations, through (i) the purchase of insurance as indicated in Exhibit C or (ii) the use of self- insurance or assessments paid under ORS 30.282 that is substantially similar to the types and amounts of insurance coverage indicated on Exhibit C, or (iii) a combination of any or all of the foregoing.

Public Body Insurance. If Grantee is a “public body” as defined in ORS 30.260, Grantee agrees to insure any obligations that may arise for Grantee under this Grant, including any indemnity obligations, through (i) the purchase of insurance as indicated in Exhibit C or (ii) the use of self- self-insurance or assessments paid under ORS 30.282 that is substantially similar to the types and amounts of insurance coverage indicated on Exhibit C, or (iii) a combination of any or all of the foregoing.
