Ancillary Agreements This Agreement is not intended to address, and should not be interpreted to address, the matters specifically and expressly covered by the Ancillary Agreements.
Rights in Documents and Work Any and all reports, photographs, surveys, and other data and documents provided or created in connection with this Agreement are and shall remain the property of City; and Contractor disclaims any copyright in such materials. In the event of and upon termination of this Agreement, any reports, photographs, surveys, and other data and documents prepared by Contractor, whether finished or unfinished, shall become the property of City and shall be delivered by Contractor to the City’s Contract Administrator within seven (7) days of termination of this Agreement by either party. Quality control records and Documents The Contractor shall hand over a copy of all its quality control records and documents to the Authority’s Engineer before the Completion Certificate is issued pursuant to Clause 12.2.
