Continued Performance of Obligations. Unless this Agreement has already been terminated, the parties shall continue to perform their obligations under the Agreement regardless of the nature of the Dispute and notwithstanding the referral of the Dispute for resolution pursuant to this Schedule 10.

Continued Performance of Obligations. Joondalup, Xxxx and Xxxxxxxx will continue to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement pending the resolution of a dispute.
