Provisions of Contract. 1. Time is of the Essence. Contract recognized that time is of the essence. This is a beautification project undertaken by the DDA and requires prompt, continuous, efficient performance by the Contractor. Contract curation is May 23, 2019 to September 30, 2019. A total of 126 days of watering with fertilizer and deadheading.
Provisions of Contract. Under the contract described in Section IV.B.1, training paid for with funds provided under Section IV.A shall be performed by Qualified Job Training Organizations that are selected in accordance with MSD procurement policies. The established government funded job training agency or contractor shall consult with MSD and the Signatories semi-annually regarding the progress of the job training provided under this Section IV.A and shall provide an opportunity for consultation with the Signatories on program design issues during the development of applicable Requests For Proposals (“RFP”).
