SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC. Notes on Special Conditions of Contract The clauses in this section are intended to assist the procuring entity in providing contract-specific information in relation to corresponding clauses in the General Conditions of Contract. The provisions of Section IV complement the General Conditions of Contract included in Section III, specifying contractual requirements linked to the special circumstances of the procuring entity and the goods being procured. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. 61.2 If the Contractor does not supply the Drawings and/or manuals by the dates stated in the Special Conditions of Contract, or they do not receive the Project Manager's approval, the Project Manager shall withhold the amount stated in the Special Conditions of Contract from payments due to the Contractor.
