Provisions of BCGEU Agreement to Apply. The provisions of the applicable current Union/Employer Collective Agreement will apply to seconded employees. The agency, board, society, commission or employer to which the employee is seconded will receive written notice of this Article and will be provided with a copy of the Agreement.
