Common use of Provision of education Clause in Contracts

Provision of education. The College will do all that is reasonable to provide an educational environment and teaching of a range, standard and quality which is suitable for each Student and to provide education to at least the standard required by law in the particular circumstances. The College will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing educational services for the Student but cannot guarantee that the Student will achieve his / her desired examination results or that results will be sufficient to gain entry to other educational establishments.
