Common use of Provision of education Clause in Contracts

Provision of education. 13.1.1 Subject to these terms and conditions, the School undertakes to accept your child as a pupil of the School from the time of joining the School until the end of his or her secondary schooling (subject to the provisions of clause 4.6 regarding Sixth Form entry). The School is committed to offering academic excellence and will use its reasonable endeavours to provide your child with a rounded education within the parameters of the School’s curriculum and published aims and activities. Progress Reports will be provided each term. The School reserves the right to make changes to the curriculum if it deems it necessary in the interests of the School.
