Providers to be Supplied by LGMG. LGMG represents and warrants that it will provide professional medical services through the use of one or more of its employed physicians or physicians with whom LGMG has independently contracted to render professional medical services at the Health Center (each, a “Physician” and collectively; “Physicians”) and Non-Physician Licensed Personnel (collectively, “Providers”). LGMG will be responsible for providing and arranging for all Providers in accordance with the staffing plan set forth on Exhibit A.
