Proration of Benefits. Any payments or benefits hereunder, in any year during which Executive is employed by the Corporation for less than the entire year shall, unless otherwise provided in the applicable plan or arrangement, be prorated in accordance with the number of days in such year during which Executive is employed by the Corporation.
