Common use of Project Clause in Contracts

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except unless as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Project, through its Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause Part 1 of the Project to be carried out by the Federation and Part 2 of the Project Implementing Entity to be carried out by RS in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions Conditions, the Federation Project Agreement and the RS Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Original Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Original Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Original Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part B of the Project through MEM and cause Part A of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DOW in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity State in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Parts A, C, D and E of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause Part A.1 of the Project to be carried out by CBM and Parts A.2 through D of the Project Implementing Entity to be carried out by AGEPMF in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Agreements. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Parts A and C of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Secretariat in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient Association and the Association Recipient shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall implement Part 3 and cause Parts 1 and 2 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Khammouane Province in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MHE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DNA in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To , and, to this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MEP, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MoARD in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MEPRI in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through BEF in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the applicable provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon to the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and Conditions, the Project Agreement. 3.02, the Project Operational Manual, the EMMP and the Operational Performance Improvement Action Plan. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Parts A and B of the Project to be carried out by through the MLSPP, and Part C of the Project Implementing Entity through the SSPF, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the respective Project AgreementOperations Manuals. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MEW in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its Ministry of Education in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the national components of Parts 1, 2, and 3, and carry out Part 4 of the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as unless the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Projectproject described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause TANESCO to carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementProgram Implementation Plan. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through its ministry at the Project Implementing Entity time responsible for trade in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through its ministry at the Project Implementing Entity time responsible for economic infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and the Project Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MEPID in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Provinces and Project Cities in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and Schedule 4 of the Original Financing Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject as set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions Conditions, Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through its Ministry of Finance in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through MES in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity Entity, in collaboration with the National Focal Point, in accordance with the provisions of the Project Agreement and Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Parts B and C.2 of the Project through MEM, and cause Parts A and C.1 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity TANESCO in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause TANESCO to carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity Infrastructure Implementation Unit in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions Conditions, the Co-financing Agreement and the Project this Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity INE, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Part 1 of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity IP with the assistance of the Co-executing Agencies and Selected Municipalities, in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project AgreementOperational Manual. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the provisions of the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out Parts 1 (a) (ii), 1 (b) (i) and 3 (b) of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through DOA and DOI in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through NPS in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the ProjectProject and the Program. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Additional Financing Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Additional Financing Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity FSRDC in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity through TANROADS in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. To this end, the Recipient shall cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Financing Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Financing Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by through the Project Implementing Entity DOE in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project. 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall cause carry out the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02Conditions. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Part C of the Project through RREA and cause Parts A, B and D of the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project and cause the Project to be carried out by the Project Implementing Entity in accordance with the provisions of Article IV V of the General Conditions and, Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the Project Agreement. 3.02. Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 3.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Recipient and the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
