PROJECT SITE INSPECTION. Developer shall allow the City and the Board reasonable access to the Property Site owned or controlled by Developer for inspections during and upon completion of construction of the Project, and access to documents and records considered necessary to assess the Project and Developer’s compliance with this Agreement. The Board and TIF Unit Staff shall be provided a right of entry onto the Project Site to conduct random walk-through inspections of the Project’s Development subject to all security and Site safety requirements.
PROJECT SITE INSPECTION. Upon 24 hours’ reasonable notice, the Board and City TIF Unit staff shall be provided a right of entry onto the Project Site to conduct walk-through inspections of the Project, subject to all security and Project Site safety requirements. Prior to entering the Project Site, the Board and City TIF Unit staff shall sign a waiver of liability, if one is presented by Developer. Entry to the Project Site is conditional upon the execution of a waiver of liability and guarantee to follow all safety requirements as determined by Developer and Developer’s contractors.
PROJECT SITE INSPECTION. Sub-Grantee agrees to allow the ODF the right to periodic inspection, without notice to Sub-Grantee, of the proposed project site.
