PROJECT PROGRESS SCHEDULE Clause Samples

The Project Progress Schedule clause establishes the requirement for a detailed timeline outlining the sequence and timing of tasks or milestones for a project. Typically, this clause obligates the contractor or project manager to prepare, submit, and update a schedule that tracks progress against agreed deadlines, often using tools like Gantt charts or critical path methods. Its core function is to ensure all parties have a clear, shared understanding of project timelines, facilitating coordination, accountability, and timely completion while helping to identify and address potential delays early.
