Project Performance Review. (a) OHMVR Division staff shall conduct a project performance review. Project performance reviews may include, but are not limited to, review of a Project to determine progress toward its completion, review of the implementation of HMP and Soil Conservation Plan, or other requirements contained in the Project Agreement.
