Project Management Procedures. The Contractor agrees to use a formal software system development methodology in performing the Services. The Parties shall, within sixty (60) calendar days after the Effective Date, develop and agree on the procedures (Project Management Plan) to be employed and followed by Project Management in overseeing the Project. The topics to be addressed by Project Management procedures, to be consistent with the Department of Financial Services’ Office of Strategic Planning, Project Management Office (DFS PMO) guidelines, include, but are not limited to the following: configuration management, communication management, risk assessment and management, procurement management, status reporting, change control processes, issue identification and management processes, financial management processes, quality management processes and operational processes.
Project Management Procedures. We understand that producing a high-quality project that meets the client’s financial and schedule requirements necessitates an understanding of the community’s needs, the improvement program elements, construction costs and methods, as well as the specific site conditions. Managing a project effectively requires communication skills in order that each team member shares a common expectation of the project outcome.
Project Management Procedures. The Parties may, from time to time, agree on standing procedures, consistent with this Agreement, respecting such matters as coordination, scheduling, or rescheduling of planned outages of their respective facilities; metering; reporting; and such other matters as may be contemplated by this Agreement or the Parties otherwise may agree therein (the "Project Management Procedures"). In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the Project Management Procedures, this Agreement shall control.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and ▇▇- ▇▇▇-▇▇▇, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
