Common use of Project Leads Clause in Contracts

Project Leads. Each Party shall designate one of its appointed members of the Project Team as its primary point of contact and lead representative for matters related to the Project (each, a “Project Lead”). Meetings of the Project Team shall be jointly chaired by the Project Leads. A Party may change its designated Project Lead by providing written notice to the other Party to that effect. The Project Leads will be responsible for establishing meeting schedules and agendas, for generating mutually acceptable minutes of Project Team meetings and for any other administrative matters related to Project Team meetings. The Project Lead may elect to delegate these responsibilities to other members of the Project Team. The Project Leads may elect to rotate and/or otherwise allocate those responsibilities between themselves.
