Project Leads. Customer and Provider will specify in each SOW (a) an individual with responsibility and authority to operate as their company’s key point of contact and decisionmaker (a “Project Lead”) and (b) another individual with more senior executive authority to serve as their point of escalation (“Escalation Lead”).
Project Leads. The JRDC shall appoint a principal point of contact for each Party to act as such Party’s project lead (each, a “Project Lead”) and coordinate and act as a liaison with the other Party with respect to this Agreement. The Project Leads’ responsibilities shall generally include overseeing and supervising its Party’s fulfillment of its obligations under the Project Plan, understanding the obligations of the other Party under the Project Plan, and discussing the progress of the Project Plan and barriers to success, key issues and issues-resolution options with the other Party’s Project Lead and the JRDC.

Project Leads. Each Party shall designate one of its appointed members of the Project Team as its primary point of contact and lead representative for matters related to the Project (each, a “Project Lead”). Meetings of the Project Team shall be jointly chaired by the Project Leads. A Party may change its designated Project Lead by providing written notice to the other Party to that effect. The Project Leads will be responsible for establishing meeting schedules and agendas, for generating mutually acceptable minutes of Project Team meetings and for any other administrative matters related to Project Team meetings. The Project Lead may elect to delegate these responsibilities to other members of the Project Team. The Project Leads may elect to rotate and/or otherwise allocate those responsibilities between themselves.
Project Leads. The R&D Strategic Committee will appoint a “Project Lead” for each R&D Project. On a R&D Project-by-R&D Project basis, the Project Lead may be an employee of either SunPower or Total G&P, as determined by the R&D Strategic Committee, depending on the nature of the R&D Project and which of SunPower and Total G&P has the best qualified resources. The Project Lead will be responsible for the R&D Project and will report to the R&D Technical Committee on (i) the status of the performance of the related R&D Project including if any a detailed description of the Foreground Technology and (ii) a financial, technical and environmental, health and safety status. Project Leads. 3.1 In order to support the performance of this Agreement, each Party shall designate a project lead (each, a “Project Lead”), who shall be an employee of such Party and shall be responsible for communications with the Project Lead for the other Party with respect to any matters relating to the Services and/or this Agreement, including without limitation those matters described in Section 3.2, below. Each Project Lead may delegate responsibilities for technical matters to one or more technical leads; provided that prompt notice thereof is furnished to the other Party. Each Party may at any time upon written notice to the other Party designate a different employee to serve as Project Lead.
