Common use of Project Delivery Clause in Contracts

Project Delivery. The CMGC shall commence the Basic Services immediately upon the Effective Date of the Contract and shall commence physical work at the Site as of the Proceed Order Date specified in the Proceed Order issued by the Owner. CM/GC shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and shall diligently perform all the Work required by the Contract Documents or reasonably inferable from industry standards and code requirements. CM/GC shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.
