Project Delivery. The Design-Builder shall commence the Basic Services and the Work to be performed under this Contract upon receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. Design-Builder shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and shall diligently perform all the Work required by the Contract Documents or reasonably inferable from industry standards and code requirements. Design-Builder shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.
