Project Costs and Funding Contributions. The Federal Contribution, Non-Federal Contribution and total estimated Project costs toward this Project are documented in sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Agreement cover sheet and may not be changed without a written request and justification from the Grantee, written approval from FRA, and an amendment or closeout to the Agreement. FRA will fund the Project at the lesser of the Federal Contribution or the Federal Contribution percentage of total Project costs, as reflected in sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Agreement cover sheet and the Statement of Work.

If the actual Projects costs are less than the total estimated Project costs, then the Grantee may reduce the amount and percentage of Non-Federal Contribution obligated to the Project. Notwithstanding the above, funds authorized under 23 U.S.C. § 117 may not exceed 60% of the total Project costs, and Total Federal Assistance may not exceed 80% of the total Project cost, consistent with 23 U.S.C. § 117(j).

The Grantee affirms that it will complete all actions necessary to provide the Non-Federal Contribution at or before the time that such funds are needed to meet Project expenses. The Grantee also affirms that it has sufficient funds available to assure operation and maintenance of items funded under this Agreement that it will own or control.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Additional Contributions The Member is not required to make any additional capital contribution to the Company. However, the Member may at any time make additional capital contributions to the Company in cash or other property.

  • Initial Contributions The Members initially shall contribute to the Company capital as described in Schedule 2 attached to this Agreement.

  • FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS 10.1 The Financial Contribution of the CCG and the Council to any Pooled Fund or Non-Pooled Fund for the first Financial Year of operation of each Individual Scheme shall be as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification.

  • Tax Credit for Contributions You may be eligible to receive a tax credit for your IRA contributions. This credit will be allowed in addition to any tax deduction that may apply, and may not exceed $1,000 in a given year. You may be eligible for this tax credit if you are • age 18 or older as of the close of the taxable year, • not a dependent of another taxpayer, and • not a full-time student. The credit is based upon your income (see chart below), and will range from 0 to 50 percent of eligible contributions. In order to determine the amount of your contributions, add all of the contributions made to your IRA and reduce these contributions by any distributions that you have taken during the testing period.   • Project Funding 8.1 The Project Funding for completion of this PFA is as follows:

  • Disbursements to Contractors to Pay Costs of the Project The Recipient shall require that as work on the Project and as specified in its contract is performed a Contractor shall promptly submit a detailed project specific invoice to the Project Manager. Within three (3) Business Days following receipt of such invoice from a Contractor, the Project Manager shall review the invoice and, if found to be accurate, shall so certify in writing, forwarding such certification together with a copy of the invoice to the Chief Fiscal Officer. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of such invoice and certification from the Project Manager, the Chief Fiscal Officer shall conduct such reviews as he considers appropriate and, if he approves such invoice, shall submit to the Director a Disbursement Request together with the information and certifications required by this Section 6(b). The dollar amount set forth in the Disbursement Request shall be calculated based on the Participation Percentage as set forth originally in Appendix D of this Agreement or as may be adjusted from time to time to account for changed conditions in the project financing scheme. Within five (5) Business Days following receipt of the Disbursement Request and all required information and certifications, the Director shall, if such items are deemed by the Director to be accurate and completed, initiate a voucher in accordance with applicable State requirements for the payment of the amount set forth in the Disbursement Request. Upon receipt of a warrant from the Auditor of State drawn in connection with a voucher initiated in accordance with the terms of the preceding sentence, the Director shall forward it by regular first class United States mail or electronic funds transfer, to the contractor or other authorized recipient designated in the Disbursement Request. Prior to any disbursement from the Fund, the following documents shall be submitted to the Director by the Recipient:

  • Cost Overruns The Borrower shall ensure that all cost-overruns over the estimated construction costs of the Project as certified by a quantity surveyor or the Architect or as ascertained by the Lender as and when they occur shall be funded by the Borrower’s own equity;
