Project Accounting, Auditing, and Reporting. Without limitation to the overall application of Section 4.02 of this Loan Agreement, MOET shall, and shall cause the PPMUs to ensure, that (i) separate records and accounts are maintained for the Project to identify Goods and services financed under the Project; (ii) Project accounts, including financial statements, SOE and imprest account records shall be audited annually using international accounting and auditing standards by independent external auditors selected through a competitive procedure acceptable to ADB, according to the provisions of the Loan Agreement; (iii) the auditor's report and copies of the certified accounts and related financial statements, including auditor's opinion on the use of Loan proceeds, and compliance with Loan covenants, is submitted to ADB no later than six (6) months after the close of each fiscal year in English language; and (iv) a separate audit opinion is issued on the use of the imprest account and statement of expenditure procedures.
