Common use of Progress Reports and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Progress Reports and Monitoring. On the first Day of each Month following the Effective Date until the Commercial Operation Date is achieved, Seller shall provide Buyer with summary progress reports on the development and construction of the Project. These progress reports will include, but not be limited to, a project development schedule including all major activities and milestones and the status of these items, and other information determined pertinent by Seller in respect of its progress on development and construction of the Project. Buyer may at its sole risk and expense monitor the construction, start-up and testing of the Project and Seller shall permit that monitoring pursuant to reasonable requests of Buyer. All persons visiting the Project on behalf of Xxxxx shall comply with all of Seller’s applicable safety and health rules and requirements.
