Program Expansion Sample Clauses

The Program Expansion clause defines the process by which the scope of a program or project can be broadened during the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for proposing, reviewing, and approving additional services, deliverables, or locations beyond the original terms. Its core function is to provide a structured and mutually agreed-upon method for accommodating growth or changes in the program, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties are aligned on any modifications.
