Program Expansion. The School will not expand its site or grade levels beyond that specified in the Application Information without application to and approval by the Authorizer, and without the Authorizer’s submission of a supplemental affidavit to the Commissioner. The Commissioner must approve the supplemental affidavit consistent with Minnesota Statutes §124E.06, Subd. 5.
