PRODUCT SAFETY AND LIABILITY. 7.1 Medical affairs liaison. Within 60 (sixty) days of the Effective Date, each Party shall appoint a primary liaison person ("Medical Affairs Liaison") to communicate with each other with regard to information to be exchanged pursuant to this Clause 7.
PRODUCT SAFETY AND LIABILITY. 7.1 In accordance with its obligations as the holder of the Marketing Authorisation for the Product in the Territory, Nycomed shall maintain the central database for the Territory regarding all adverse drug reactions, suspected adverse drug reactions and other medical and technical information relevant to the safety of the Products and otherwise all Pharmacovigilance obligations.
