Exclusive Benefits Except as expressly provided in this Section 4 and subject to Section 5 hereof, the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional payments or benefits upon or in connection with the Executive’s termination of employment.
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

Exclusive Benefit The foregoing conditions are for the exclusive benefit of the Vendor and any such condition may be waived in whole or in part by the Vendor delivering to the Purchaser a written waiver to that effect signed by the Vendor.
What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.
Retiree Benefits – Process for Payment Any bargaining unit nurse who retires and wishes to participate in the benefit plans as outlined in article 17.01(h) will provide advance payment of the benefits either through post-dated cheques provided on a yearly basis or through a preauthorized withdrawal process. It is understood that any transaction would be dated the first of each and every month. The Employer will notify the Union of the benefit costs to retired nurses in January of each year, and each time the benefit costs are renegotiated by the Employer.
Leave Benefits Paid leave is available to the Superintendent when the following specific conditions are met: (1) the Superintendent is currently employed by the District and (2) the paid leave day is taken on a day Superintendent would otherwise be expected to be at work.

Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
Customary Fringe Benefits Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.
