Accrued Vacation Days. A maximum of 240 hours of vacation may be accrued unless exceptions are pre-approved in writing by the District. Vacation accrued at the time of separation from employment shall be paid up to the maximum of 240 hours.
Accrued Vacation Days. As of February 15, 2000, Executive had 189 hours of unused accrued hours, or 23.625 days (the "Accrued Vacation Days"). MicroAge will reimburse Executive for such unused accrued vacation days in an amount equal to Executive's current annual base salary less his 1999 MEP waiver ($255,000) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of unused accrued vacation days (23.625), and the denominator of which is 260. On or promptly following the Separation Date, MicroAge will pay Executive $23,170.65 for these accrued unused vacation days.
Accrued Vacation Days. As of February 15, 2000, Executive had 264 hours of unused accrued hours, or 33 days (the "Accrued Vacation Days"). Pinacor will reimburse Executive for such unused accrued vacation days in an amount equal to Executive's current annual base salary ($350,000) less his 1999 MEP waiver ($26,500) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of unused accrued vacation days (33), and the denominator of which is 260. On or promptly following the Separation Date, Pinacor will pay Executive $37,790.36 for these accrued unused vacation days.

Accrued Vacation Days. Upon termination for any reason other than the expiration of this Agreement, EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to be paid for any accrued but unused vacation days .
Accrued Vacation Days. Buyer shall assume and honor all vacation days accrued under the vacation policies of the Sellers, the Companies and the Subsidiaries but not yet taken by each transferring Active Business Employee as of the Closing Date.
Accrued Vacation Days. Purchaser and the Subsidiaries shall, through the end of the calendar year that includes the Closing Date, honor all unused vacation days accrued by Hired Employees as of the Closing Date under the respective programs and policies of Seller and its Subsidiaries which were applicable to Hired Employees immediately prior to the Closing Date. Effective as of January 1 of the year after becoming a Hired Employee, each Hired Employee will be subject to the terms and conditions of Purchaser's vacation programs and policies.
Accrued Vacation Days. Upon the Lease End Date, Conopco shall (or shall cause one of its Affiliates to) pay to each Leased Employee any accrued but untaken vacation payable from Conopco so as to discharge its liability for all vacation days.
