Accrued Vacation Days. A maximum of 240 hours of vacation may be accrued unless exceptions are pre-approved in writing by the District. Vacation accrued at the time of separation from employment shall be paid up to the maximum of 240 hours.

Accrued Vacation Days. As of February 15, 2000, Executive had 189 hours of unused accrued hours, or 23.625 days (the "Accrued Vacation Days"). MicroAge will reimburse Executive for such unused accrued vacation days in an amount equal to Executive's current annual base salary less his 1999 MEP waiver ($255,000) multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of unused accrued vacation days (23.625), and the denominator of which is 260. On or promptly following the Separation Date, MicroAge will pay Executive $23,170.65 for these accrued unused vacation days.

If this reduction is not accomplished on or before the last day of the fiscal year, the ASF Member’s accumulation shall automatically be reduced to two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours effective on the last day of the fiscal year, and the amount of accumulation over two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours will transfer to the ASF Member’s bank of lapsed sick leave (See Article 18, section C, Subd.2). Vacation leave accrued during the pay period that includes the last day of a fiscal year, will be credited to each ASF Member’s balance after deductions are made for vacation used and/or reduced pursuant this Subdivision.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings.
