Additional Benefits means those benefits in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.
Severance Benefits mean the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 2.3 herein.
Covered benefits or “benefits” means those health care services to which a covered person is entitled under the terms of a health benefit plan.
Mutual Benefits means the transient and steady-state support that the integrated generation and Transmission Systems in PJM and New York provide to each other inherently by virtue of being interconnected as described in Section 35.4 of this Agreement.
Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

Separation Benefits has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.04.
Compensation and Benefits Programs means all compensation and benefit plans, policies, and programs of the Debtors, and all amendments and modifications thereto, applicable to the Debtors’ employees, former employees, retirees, and non-employee directors and the employees, former employees and retirees of their subsidiaries, including all savings plans, retirement plans, health care plans, disability plans, and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance plans.
Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made
Termination Benefits means the benefits described in Section 4.1(b).
Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.
contributory employment and support allowance means an allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as amended by the provisions of Schedule 3, and Part 1 of Schedule 14, to the Welfare Reform Act 2012 that remove references to an income-related allowance and a contributory allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 as that Part has effect apart from those provisions;
Welfare Benefits means the types of benefits described in Section 3(1) of ERISA (whether or not covered by ERISA).
Reciprocal Compensation means an arrangement between two carriers in which each receives compensation from the other carrier for the transport and termination on each carrier's network of Local Traffic, as defined in Section 1.12 above, that originates on the network facilities of the other carrier.
Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death. Severance Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;
extended reduction (qualifying contributory benefits means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible in accordance with paragraph 88 or 95;
converted employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance which is not income-related and to which a person is entitled as a result of a conversion decision within the meaning of the Employment and Support Allowance (Existing Awards) Regulations 2008;
Severance means the complete separation and dismemberment of the part from the body.
Severance Compensation means the compensation set forth in (i), (ii), and (iv) above.
Other Income Benefits means any benefits listed in the Other Income Benefits provision that you receive on your own behalf or for your dependents, or which your dependents receive because of your entitlement to Other Income Benefits.
