Producer’s Delegation of Payment Responsibilities. Producer shall have the absolute right at any time to assign to any third party the obligation and responsibility for all such payments described herein; however, no such agreement shall relieve Producer of the obligation to indemnify Employer as provided in this Agreement. In those cases where Employer acts as the signatory to the AFM Agreement for the benefit of Producer under this Agreement, Producer agrees to execute and deliver to Employer an assumption agreement in the form provided by the AFM Agreement.
