The PROCUR-E SYSTEM clause defines the requirements and procedures related to the use or implementation of a specific procurement or electronic procurement system within the agreement. PROCUR-E SYSTEM. During the term of this Contract, the Contractor must ensure that it is duly registered under the Procur-e System computer system used by the Acciona Group and its subsidiaries (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇), or under any other possible computer system that may replace it and whose registration is required by Acciona Group (“Electronic Procurement System”). The Contractor acknowledges and accepts that any delays associated with the Contractor's registration on the Procur-e System may consequently cause delays in the ability to process the Contractor's invoices in a timely manner. In accordance with Clause 33 hereof, the Contractor shall comply with the audit obligations (if any) to the Contracting Party, the Acciona Group or any of its Subsidiaries. In the event that the audit obligations apply to the Contractor and the Contractor fails to conduct the audit in the time or manner required under Clause 33, and/or within ninety (90) days of the date of the Contracting Party's request for said audit, any delay in conducting the audit may cause delays in the Contractor's ability to process its invoices in a timely manner.

  • Supported Wage System The Supported Wage provisions are set out in Schedule E – Supported Wage System.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • PFPC System PFPC shall retain title to and ownership of any and all data bases, computer programs, screen formats, report formats, interactive design techniques, derivative works, inventions, discoveries, patentable or copyrightable matters, concepts, expertise, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and other related legal rights utilized by PFPC in connection with the services provided by PFPC to the Fund.

  • Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
