Procedural Requirement. Any complaint regarding an employee made to any 636 member of the administration which does or may influence evaluation of the 637 employee or which may lead to a disciplinary action shall, within ten (10) days of 638 receipt of the complaint by an administrator, be processed according to this 639 procedure.
