Problem Solving Team Sample Clauses

The Problem Solving Team clause establishes a designated group responsible for addressing and resolving disputes or issues that arise during the course of a contract or project. Typically, this team is composed of representatives from each party involved, who are tasked with collaboratively investigating problems, proposing solutions, and working towards a mutually acceptable resolution before escalating the matter to formal dispute resolution processes. By providing a structured, cooperative approach to problem-solving, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings from escalating into larger conflicts and encourages efficient, amicable resolution of issues.
