Common use of Probationer Clause in Contracts

Probationer. Employees shall be considered to be probationary employees until they have worked sixty (60) days. During the probationary period they will not be entitled to seniority and may be terminated by the Employer by reason of being unsuitable for further employment. The reasons for termination shall be made known to the Union upon request.
