Probation Credit for Term Employees who Become Continuing. 16.5.1 With the exception of clause 16.6, if an employee on a term appointment is subsequently offered a continuing appointment, service in the term appointment shall count as credit to a maximum of one year toward the probationary period of the continuing appointment provided that at least one evaluation has taken place during the term appointment.
