Refunds will be made in the same way the original payment was made. If the refund is made by bank transfer any possible transaction costs are borne by the customer.

  • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.
