Common use of Prior Teaching Experience Clause in Contracts

Prior Teaching Experience. A year of prior teaching experience for credit must equal seventy-five percent of the minimum 180 day teaching year required by California law. Only full-time teaching in grades K-12 or Special Education programs is accepted. REASSIGNMENT Movement from subject area to subject area and/or grade level to grade level at the same work location. STAFF DEVELOPMENT A course/workshop offered by the District.
