Printing of Contract. The State will reproduce this Contract in sufficient quantities so that each employee in the negotiations unit may receive a copy, plus additional reserve copies for distribution to employees hired during the term of the Contract. The cover of the Contract will include the seal of the State of New Jersey and the Union insignia. The Union will be supplied with a reasonable number of reserve copies for its use. The expense of printing the Agreement shall be borne equally between the Union and the State.
