Common use of Price/Cost Clause in Contracts

Price/Cost. For Cost Plus Fixed Fee Orders, the Offeror’s proposal shall include a detailed cost proposal addressing all elements of cost and the applicable fixed fee of all resources required to accomplish the requirement as set forth in the RFP. For Firm Fixed Price Orders, only the firm fixed price needs to be submitted, unless otherwise specified in the RFP.
