Previous Projects Clause Samples

The "Previous Projects" clause defines how work or deliverables completed under prior agreements or contracts are treated in the context of the current agreement. It typically clarifies whether intellectual property, materials, or results from earlier projects may be used, referenced, or incorporated into the new project, and may set out any restrictions or permissions regarding such use. This clause helps prevent disputes over ownership and use of prior work, ensuring both parties understand the boundaries and rights related to previous deliverables.
