PREVIOUS PRACTICES. All existing rules, regulations, practices and benefits of the employer not modified by this Agreement will continue in full force and effect, except for newly hired temporary employees hired on or after January l, l983, unless such temporary employee is filling a leave of absence. All existing rules, regulations and practices of the District, unless specially changed by this Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect.

PREVIOUS PRACTICES. 12.01 As of July 1, 2007, all previous practices not specifically addressed by this contract are nullified. Practices not specifically covered by this contract will be discussed by the employee or his/her representative and the Superintendent prior to decisions being made.

  • HAZARDOUS PRACTICES No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit. No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. FALSIFIED RESERVATION any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

  • Business Practices 1. Parties recognise that certain business practices of service suppliers, other than those falling under Article 14 (Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers), may restrain competition and thereby restrict trade in services.

  • Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Contract is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act (Act), Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01

  • FAIR PRACTICES 1. As sole bargaining agent the Association shall continue its policy of accepting into membership all eligible persons in the unit without regard to age, race, color, creed and religious creed, national origin, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran’s status, handicap, genetic information, ancestry, or membership or non-membership in any political or ideological organization. The Association shall represent equally all members of the bargaining unit without regard to membership or participation in the activities of any employee organization.
