PRESENT CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT. All working conditions, benefits, or other conditions of employment at present in force and effect which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to its intention, shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Collective Agreement.
