Premium Pay for 6th and 7th Day. (a) 7th Day - All non-exempt employees shall receive premium pay at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) their regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on the employee’s seventh (7th) consecutive day of work.
