Power to Call Meetings. Unless otherwise prescribed by the Act or by the Articles, meetings of the Members may be called by any Manager, or upon written demand of Members holding more than ten percent (10%) of the Percentage Interests for the purpose of addressing any matters on which the Members may vote.
